Something like the Dialogue box opening scenario happened to me, too, and I
seemed to receive a download, but I couldn't find the upgrade file in the My
Documents folder. Where else can I look? I went to GW's website and tried to
download it again, and had the problem of its telling me that I already owned
the 7.5.3 version. But fortunately, it did let me enter my serial number, and
it did download again, this time to the My Documents folder. I've installed
it, and so far so good. It is truly quite brisk! But where else to look for
the original download, please? So I can delete the unwanted copy.

When I started Window-Eyes, I got a dialogue box with a link to download
the upgrade. I clicked on that, then clicked the download button on the
page that appears. The download and installation went smoothly. Thanks GW!
