Control, shift, S

While in IE 8 I've hit control shift S several times meaning to hit control 
shift F for the find feature.  Anyhow, if I hit this key combo with the 
letter S, IE will crash every time and I have to reboot my system. Window 
eyes 7.5.3, Windows Vista
