Out of curiousity, I installed Consumer Preview and had to revert back
to Windows7. Don't install 8 as Window-eyes setup will abort with a
Program Compatibility error. There's a real improvement of Narrator's
voice which is worthless since there isn't any improvement in over all
responsiveness.

For those who listened to the Windows 8 review and didn't think much of
the new Start Screen may be happy to learn that there's already a
program been released which will turn it off.
Win Eight Metro UI Switcher allows you to turn off the Start screen of
Windows Eight and return to the Windows 7 styled Start menu. The tweaker
also gives back the classic
Task Manager that can show processor usage history.
Anyone already using Windows 8 can download the program from the
following link.

Please don't ask me for anymore information as I haven't yet installed
Windows 8 to try it out.
Scott.
