Ditto. I love change because I am used to it. I've had many personal
changes in my life, so why not for technology. I also love experimenting
with pre-release software. This has helped due to my passion for
computing, as well as a four year study of the subject.

Hi,
I will say, I wasn't too impressed with it either, but, in saying that I
also understand that hearing someone demonstrating some features of a
new operating system and actually sitting down to use a new operating
system yourself are two different things.
I remember when Vista came out, I didn't think I'd like it because of
audio I heard, but once I got my hands on the new start menu, I never
looked back to XP.

Last night I used my Plextalk Pocket to download and listen to the

For those who listened to the Windows 8 review and didn't think much
of the new Start Screen may be happy to learn that there's already a
program been released which will turn it off.
Win Eight Metro UI Switcher allows you to turn off the Start screen of
Windows Eight and return to the Windows 7 styled Start menu. The
tweaker also gives back the classic
Task Manager that can show processor usage history.
Anyone already using Windows 8 can download the program from the
following link.

Please don't ask me for anymore information as I haven't yet installed
Windows 8 to try it out.
Scott.
