Yes to both questions.
If I hit the hotkey once, I would get whether or not I was uploading, or
downloading. Twice with this hotkey and I cuold go in to my folders andhave a
look at them.

Can you explain what normally should happen after hitting the hotkey you
created? does it take you to the dropbox folder? the only reason you go to the
system tray is to check status of an upload or download or size of your
dropbox. Did your hotkey give you this information?

    Hello all!

I just had to do a system restore in Windows xp. Everything seems to be
working except my Dropbox app. When I run it, I get an error code and the app
will not work. I can't copy the text of the error code. I am trying to redefine
the hotkey for Dropbox. I am trying to get the app to use, capsLok-ctrl-d. It
says that D is already defined. Jeff, or someone, I would surely appreciate
some help. I have uninstalled, and reinstalled this app and no luck. If anyone
has my contact information, please get a hold of me.

    Thanks

    Duyahn
