Hello. To increase the speech rate, do the following:
1. Press the left control, left alt, and right arrow to decide which
voice you want to modify; there are: screen, keyboard, mouse, and all.
When the appropriate kind of voice you set, you can press the left
control, left alt, and left arrow together to cycle between the rate,
pitch, tone, and volume. When you set the rate, pitch, volume, or tone,
you can press the left control, left alt, and down arrow or up arrow to
decrease or increase the rate. Control alt up arrow increases the rate,
or control alt down arrow decreases the rate. Hope this helps. Mateusz.
