Keep in mind that if you are using certain video adapters, that using these key combinations will rotate the display, and you may have a screen that will look like it's upside down.

The voice parameter rotor, reached with Control-Alt-Left-Arrow, lets you choose which aspect of the voice you want to change. By default, the rate parameter is selected. Finally, press Control-Alt-Up-Arrow and Control-Alt-Down-Arrow to adjust the selected parameter until you are satisfied. If these hot keys are not working, your computer likely has a program running that is intercepting the keys before Window-Eyes sees them.
