its a microsoft desision. they got rid of first letter navigation.
maybe if enough people complain they will put it back.
or maybe they did this to force people to buy there paid products.

I am using WLM 2011 with WE 7.5.4.1. When I am in the message folder list, I
notice that I cannot use first letter navigation to find a specific folder,
but must arrow down. This can be a drag if you have a lot of folders. Is
this a limitation of the program itself, or a WE issue?
