Samuel,

The Outlook Enhance app will allow you to do this via its message header editor feature accessed with Control-Alt-H. A brief tutorial explaining how to use this feature is available at http://www.gwmicro.com/Audio_Video_Archive/App_Tutorials/audio/OutlookEnhance.mp3, and a webinar covering the same subject in greater details is available from http://www.gwmicro.com/Audio_Video_Archive/Presentations/audio/OutlookEnhanceWebinar.mp3.

Regards,
Steve
