Just put the percent sign in the default char.chr character dictionary
and set your Screen, Punctuation, Math, to dictionary only. If you place
the mouse pointer on the desired character and then hit Control-Shift-E
that character will automatically be placed in the original field. Tab
down to the replacement field and enter percent. Then tab to the update
entry button and hit the spacebar.

Anyone out there know how to make Win-eyes say percent, but no other
symbles? Right now it says, 50 or 25, but I know that the percent sign is
there. Running WE 7.5.4.1 and XP.
