Greetings,
As has been mentioned previously, there is a longstanding Flash bug
which causes browser instability whenever an adaptive software such as
Window-Eyes attempts to retrieve accessibility information from Flash.
Adobe knows about the problem and has logged the issue to be fixed at
some point. Our best advice until the problem is fixed is to use IE to
access Flash content as it is much more stable in this area.
Regards,
Steve
