I've brought up this problem before and didn't hear from anyone with a result. When in Windows Mail, in the list view in the in box my screen, keyboard, and mouse rate is set about 70. This doesn't happen every time, but once I open a message, close it and delete it, the speech rate drops to default speed. In order to fix this, I do insert backslash and the screen rate is okay until I open another message. has anyone else experienced this? Windows Vista, wineyes, both up to date.
