Hey folks
The problem is solved by re-updating wineyes.
Why is it in fact that Wineyes 7.541 always says program manager when
focussing the desktop? Is there anything I can do to solve this?

Davy,
The Window-Eyes 7.5.4.1 update available from our website will install
this for you. Just install it over the top of what you have now
(assuming no antivirus or antispyware programs are running), and
Window-Eyes should run normally again.
