 Is it possible you are placed in a combo-box when the results page loads?
Try hitting escape once the results page loads.  You should hear a tone
indicating that Browse mode is on.  Try arrowing at this point.

I'm using windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit with all updates.  Browser IE8.

When I go to
http://www.loc.gov/nls
Press enter on Search the Catalog.
Type in Grisham, john in the author field, press enter, WE beta 2 will start
speaking the following:
Query Results
Records 1 through 20 of 89 returned.
Press enter on Show More Records, WE beta 2 speaks browse mode on and
nothing is spoken from that point on.  If I press down arrow, I find the
following:
Records 21 through 40 of 89 returned.
As you can see, the next page loaded without WE speaking it's contents.  Why
is this?
