Yeah, but the problem with going to <www.gwmicro.com/upgrade> directly
is that eventually you end up right back at the page where it asks for
your serial number and zip code again. In my case, and others, that's
where you get the message saying it can't determine the cost to upgrade
and won't let you continue.
