Warren,
If you are upgrading from Window-Eyes 7.5 and earlier, your copy will
include DECTalk and Eloquence. If it's a brand new copy of WE 8 then it
will come with Vocalizer and Eloquence. In either scenario, you'll get
Eloquence, and you can get access to all three synthesizers whether
you've updated to WE 8 or bought it brand new.
