Yes to that - whilst v8 has made strides in this area, (including new accessibility features) I still experience problems - many of which are random.
They seem to relate both to legacy situations - sites developed for older browsers and features in new browsers which don't work properly etc. I expect that the best we can hope for over the next couple of Window-eyes releases is Browse Mode being an ongoing work in progress.
