Hi Jeremy:

When I go to the web portal I use ddaily at work, after typing in my username
and password, IE9 freezes and I don't here any sound from Window-Eyes!!

When I restart the computer to try again, I am unable to log back in because I
still have a session in progress that needs to be terminated. I'm trying with
Mozilla Firefox 17xx and I am able to get stuff done minimally. However,
overtime, I've gotten used to using Internet Explorer and wish I can still
continue to do so.

Another problem: When I press <enter> on the Claims link, nothing happens
until I am forced to redraw the screen; I did change a setting in Window-Eyes
that was previously set to 0. It's the SHOWHIDDENDIVS=0, changed to
SHOWHIDDENDIVS=1. I saved my changes but I still can't find the next link
which should read PROFESSIONAL without redrawing the screen. This was the case
with Window-Eyes 7.54.1, but IE8 under Windows XP at work and IE9 under
Windows7 64-bit Professional on my laptop at home DO NOT die as the latter does
using Window-Eyes 8.

It is my understanding that there is NO ROLL BACK to IE8 in Windows7; else I'd
prefer to do just that and try things out using Window-Eyes 8.

The problems I tried to outline here DO NOT occur using Mozilla Firefox even
though I am a new adopter of this browser.

If it is possible to get together with you over the phone, I can have you
connect to my laptop using the Remote Access in Window-Eyes and we can talk
things over as I try to demonstrate these to you. Let me know what your
schedule is like and we can try to arrange something. Much thanks and sorry
for making this rather long!

Sincerely,
Olusegun
