Window-Eyes works with iTunes. The iTunes app helps a lot. It is a different way of thinking when compared to several Microsoft types of applications many of us have used and become used to using. The terminology is a bit different too, but there are some common areas like the menu bar. Don't let iTunes intimidate you when you first start using it. You will catch on quickly.
