Hi. Unlike Vic's situation, I have come across Window-eyes error reports. However, I have encountered an error report, but the only way I could retrieve the error report was to restart the computer. I would try to copy and paste the error into an e-mail message, but I couldn't seem to alt-tab to where I could open an e-mail window to copy and paste the error into it. So, the only way I could send the error report was to send it before I could close out of it. I frankly never thought of entering my name and serial number, but if that will help fix errors, I'm all for it, grin.
