an Xp as-well-as a Win-7-64 bit machine.

Hi, Bill and Others.  Have also attempted same thing in IE 8 (OR 9) not sure
what's with Windows XP), and got same results a few minutes ago.  However,
it DOES WORK with Firefox.  Only problem is, need to figure out exactly
where the file is downloaded to.  I did find it, but it was a little
aggravating.

To make matters more complicated, I can't use Mozilla at work, so i need to
be able to download the executable file using IE.  Can you please advise
