Marvin and others having IE issues downloading the 8.2 upgrade. We made
a change on our server which we hope will resolve the issues some people
have been having. Would you please try IE again now. We are hoping it
will work.

I just tried yours and it also worked with IE10. You may want to make
sure you've cleared your IE cache and try again.
