Hello Olusegun,

You can find your active extensions by going to Tools/Manage Add-ons within IE.

Again, examples of where the problems occur would be helpful so we can attempt to duplicate the issue. Until we can, our hands are tied.

Regards,
Steve

Hello Mr. Baracco:
Ok, it feels good to know that I am NOT THE ONLY brat--sorry child--in the block <smile>!! To Steve, giving you a website will be a bit tough because the site I visited is work-related. As for Internet Explorer extensions, how do I go about discovering those? It's the first time I'm being asked to give information about Internet Explorer extensions. And, even if I was deleting a STAR, I still expected Window-Eyes 8.2 to announce what I was deleting. It didn't work in Internet Explorer 10, Windows7 Professional on a laptop. I have not done any testing at work just yet, I'll have to wait till we are about to shut down for the day to try it. Now, I only used the password as an example; deleting real letters in an edit box where a username is entered produces the same results. Window-Eyes 8.2 DOES NOT tell me which letter I am deleting. I don't have this problem with Window-Eyes 7.2 which still runs on one of my computers at work and happily comes on much faster than any new incarnations of Window-Eyes that I may have. I'll proudly go back to Window-Eyes 7.2, except it may not likely run under Windows7 that I have on a laptop.
Sincerely,
Olusegun
