I personally agree with david in his points. But also I feel that for the window-eyes users who pay for the WE upgrades 50 us dollars is too expensive. I suggest that such price should pay it those who are not using window-eyes as their primary screen reader.

In itself, that is a matter of consideration. But with that screen reader, I am being promised, I will be able to visit the net,and operate many different software. Really, so should also be the case, for that price. GW is doing a job, when comes to upgrade their screen reader. Now, Skype is free for everyone. For the blind person, it is 50 dollars an annual fee. Facebook, Twitter or whatever those medias are called, are free for the general user. But again, the blind person is being charged an annual fee, of dollar 50. Really, to 'go social', the blind user is being ripped another 100 dollars a year, that his contemporaries will have for free. And, that is on top of a screen reader that promises me, that I will be able to perform close to what anyone else could do with their computer. Sorry, but I don't follow that logic. Why not spend the time and effort, in making the screen reader work with those things, instead of posing even more charges on people. Good news, I am not part of all those social media. So, a big thianks to GW for the announcement, as you have saved me 50 dollars a year, today. Now, off to buy some chocolate. Anyone on this list, knows how many pounds of chocolate, or how many doughnuts I can get for 50 dollars? GW, I and many others, are thankful for your continuing to improve the screen reader. Keep up that job, and let's have the fix for the UEFI issues on Win7 and 8 machines, out on the market soon. That would have been greater news. What need do we have for a new product, all the time we cannot get the screen reader itself to work on a computer worth many hundreds dollars? My big hope for the next secret release of GW, is that it will do something for the screen reader.
