I know we have addressed this before, but I have tried all the tips to open attachments -alt plus 7, ctrl plus alt plus A, and no luck opening. The alt plus 7 says attachments, but I can't open from there, do I have to copy them somewhere just to read them? Before I upgraded to 8.3 I could use the ctrl plus alt plus A and I had the nifty little app to open. I have checked to check if I still have the outlook enhanced app loaded and I do, but it does not work. I have xp on my desktop and outlook 2003. Any suggestions?
