Hi Jo and Kevin,

Here is a learning from my personal experience.

Anytime speech dies while using Internet Explorer, assuming you don't need to suspend flash or other page refreshes, you should ensure that you toggle the Suspend Refresh Rotor to Off. this is done using Alt-Shift-M. The explanation is that suspending web page refreshes can kill the browser and so your speech, since this is the active program Window-Eyes is speaking.

Hi Joe:
Does it just crash, or does it give a series of three beeps before it crashes?
I get the three beeps before it crashes. The second beep is lower
than the first beep and the third beep is higher than both the first
and the second beeps
I know it is a IE10 problem because since I started using Firefox
consistently, I have not had that problem.

Hi, I'm using Windows 7 Pro on a 64-bit machine and Internet Explorer will
only run for so long and then the whole system crashes and I have no speech
at all! Can't get it back unless I shut down and re-boot. This happens
almost daily and when I'm filling out a survey, it makes me want to scream!
Can someone please advise?
Screaming starting...
