You may want to check to see if web developer tools is checked.  If it is 
uncheck it.  I don't think you will be able to do that effectively with Window 
Eyes so you may need sighted help.  When I got that turned off I didn't have 
that problem any more.

Here is a learning from my personal experience.

Anytime speech dies while using Internet Explorer, assuming you don't need to 
suspend flash or other page refreshes, you should ensure that you toggle the 
Suspend Refresh Rotor to Off.  this is done using Alt-Shift-M.  The explanation 
is that suspending web page refreshes can kill the browser and so your speech, 
since this is the active program Window-Eyes is speaking.
