I had to uninstall and re-install W.E. 8.3. When I tried to download my Vocalizer voices, everything was disabled on that page. I re-installed the authorization, and could read what I was eligible to download, but no luck doing so. Any ideas? If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
