Hi Max: One possible solution for the alt-control-arrow keys not working is to download an app caled Alternate Voice Hotkeys. Actually, it is more of a work-around than a solution, because it offers 4 alternate hotkeys to replace the alt-control-arrow keys. These are shift-control-right, shift-control-left, shift-control-up and shift-control-down. These perform the same functions as their alt-control counterparts. Kevin Huber
