to be honest you should use NVDA with WLM to compose and reply to messages.
I find it a lot easier then trying to do it with Window-Eyes. This has
always been a problem but for only the select few of us see it.

Hi Grant:
I don't know if I can answer all of your questions, but I will attempt
to answer some of them.
First, unfortunately, wlm is a little bit, or a lot, quirky with
Wijndow-eyes when it comes to editing a message. I find that WE 8.4
is better, that is, now when I try to insert text in the middle of the
message, the text will appear where I want it to appear, because
Window-eyes has given me an accurate reading of where I am in the
message.
Second, the alt-7 key combination does not let you insert an
attachment into the message, it allows you to read an attachment that
is already there.
In order to insert an attachment, press alt-m i a, Then use the dialog
that appears to find the file that you want to attach and then attach
it.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.

Running WLM 2012 on a Win7 32bit PC with W-E 8.4
It has been said that I should be using the browse mode to read and write
email messages. When I press control-shift-a I get the message “browse not
available.” When I go to the alt-v “view menu” and press l and r I get no
response. I am also finding that when I write a new email, and type in
the
contact name I often have my braille display lock up on a name in the
list.
Frequently I am unable to read with speech my reply to an email, and on
occasion even a new email. If I think I made a typo, I can sometimes
backspace and the letters will be pronounced.
Next, I have found that neither alt-7 pressed once or twice helps me to
attach a file to a message, nor does alt-I followed by IA doing anything
but
enter the IA in the text of the message. I know how to save emails and
their
attachments. Obviously I am doing something wrong or there is a setting
that
is missing. I do believe I have the appropriate and latest WLM App.

Any help you can give will be appreciated.
