Not sure this has been mentioned here yet, but if you like the old school Find method (as I do), you can get to the traditional Find dialog box. Use Control + G to open it. You'll be placed on the "Go to" tab, but the first two tabs on that dialog box are "Find" and "Replace", just as they have appeared in Office 2003 and before.
