Sometimes when I first boot up I get the Window-Eyes opening sound but no speech. I have tried pressing control alt W to get it going but nothing happens. I have also tried launching NVDA but it doesn't work either. All I can do is press the power button on my computer to shut down and start again. Can anyone suggest why this is happening?
