The difference here from other mergers is that both these companies have
been well run with integrity from their beginning. They have both shown
that they aren't just in business to try to make the most money, but that
they really care about providing well written useful software to their
customers. I think this will definitely strengthen both companies.

Subject: AI murger

Hello Doug and others

I understand and congradulate GW micro on the murger. HOwever, I am fully
aware of murgers in the past that have messed people up. A company that is
unnamed comes to mind. I have only been a GWMicro customer for a short
time. In that time I have experienced there idea of quality and respect for
there customers. This is an idea that I agree with and fully support.
However, I do not know AIsquared except that they make zoom text screen
magnification software and a few other products. I just do not want to see
the Integrity of a company disappear because of a murger. Perhaps it is me
being overly worried, but what you all did in February was a huge step
forward in the right direction, and what is happening with the expansion of
services is an awesome idea. I Once again, congratulate GW micro on the
murger, and I will wait to see what happens.
