Hi Armando. I do agree with you totally. Gwmicro is a great company and I hope the transition goes smoovly and it will win over more customers. In fact my university where I attended has the shark, and ZoomText by Aisquared. This merger will spread the word about windoweyes for sure!

GWMicro has been beyond impressive, I can agree with bill and the quality of customer service GWMicro offers. I once was Bill's customer and wished I had training on Window-Eyes vs. competitor, but it is nice to know I can ask questions without having rude responses like I have received in the past. I do not see GWMicro and AISquared misleading customers, but rathr improve and strengthen customer service across the board. Congrats and may the transition process go as smoothly as possible.
