this is a problem i have reported several times starting with wineyes 7.5 . this is a wineyes bug that seldom pops up. but for me it usually happens when windows live mail is running and have a opened message. even after i close wlm i can not stop speech. some how the w e interuptibility command turns off all by itself so the control alt or all keys settings to silence speech gets turned off. since i can not stop speech i can not get into the interuptibility settings and turn it back on vary easy. i have done it so i know it turned off all by itself. i did not change or save these changes. once i reloaded wineyes everything goes back to normal with the same program running, or not.
