Hi,

I really think that if the only way to silence speech required you to
re-boot, then you had certainly better re-boot. Errors inevitably creep in
over time; it's one of those things you can't avoid.

Subject: control to silence speech--question

Hi, I have Windows Vista and WE 8.4. This past Sunday May 11 speach kept on
chattering even though I pressed the control key several times. I finally
had to reboot to get the chatter to stop. Is there any other way to do this
without rebooting? Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks. Gayle
