without having any inside knowlege, i am expecting a similar release process - that is - a short public about 10 years ago, this process proved itself to be very effective whan a build in the public beta cycle was so bug ridden that it seemed likely that a cumtomer boycott could have occurred. but - customer feedback saved the day.we will se version nine soon, and by the time of public beta, it will be close to ready.just one customer's speculation!vaughan.

Hi:
This discussion about Window-eyes version 9 and the merger between AI
Square and GW Micro raises another question for me.

For years, GW Micro has had a policy of not releasing a new version
until it was ready, (I.E. as. I wonder, will that policy be preserved
when the merger is complete, or will they be forced, by a board of
directors for example, to release the next new version at a preplanned
time whether it is ready or not?
I really hope that their current policy will not change despite the merger.

For us long term WE users who have not attended a demo of WE 9 beta, is
there a way to get to get what data was provided at these demo's?
