Hi Vaughn, In the category of "for what it is worth..."
The last 2 days I was in a WE training seminar presented by Marc Solomon. I am not at present a WE user, still in MAGic and JAWS 15 but seriously considering making the move to WE. Marc had a portion of his presentation one day dealing with using the Rodent with WE. He seemed to indicate there was continued interest in support in WE for using the rodent in certain operations. In fact, I expressed that I was trying to learn to be totally independent of rodents and he indicated that I needed to learn the material as it might well someday save my bacon. I am not defending GW Micro as I am a new kid on the block but in my experience with programmers it is very common for release dates to get pushed back numerous times, with serious delays. I wonder when AI Squared showed any real interest in braille, and most definitely - reviewing the screen with the mouse keys is a useful feature - it made Window-Eyes stand out from the rest. There has not been anything of note since the announcement of the so-called merger. Vaughan.
