i found that space-1,2 was also defined as shift-tab.
having now removed that hot key, key, my problem may well and truly be
solved.

when entering text via my braille edge, it often happens that an
action like shift-tab occurs, moving me from a message body to a
message subject. my text ends up at the end of the subject. i am
oblivious of this until i edit before sending, or worse, see the sent
message as the list distributes it.
i do not habitually invoke shift-tab, so wonder if i have some sort of
cursor tracking problem.
i notice it mostly with email clients- outlook and thunderbird.
ultimately, apart from checking for thoroughly before completing the
message, is there anything i should try?
i wonder if i should write the msg in notepad, and then paste it back
into the blank message body.
