I'm sure that GW Micro would be happy to work with Spotify to make it more accessible. It is true that there is a large market, and actually, making the software accessible has proved to be of benefit for fully sighted people. For example, the Tesco website used to have a text only version of their website, but they found that other people were using that version more than the standard version, so they took down the standard version.
