i hope the gw staff replys to this. i don't remember where to go to fix this. but one of the wineyes factory ..we or maybe the wineyes.ini file has the wrong set file associated with the control panel. once i changed it by loading the file into note pad and changeing the association back to wineyes.set it started working again. its in the default folder somewhere. maybe reinstalling the factory default set files for window eyes would fix the problem. but unless you back up the dictionarys you would lose any settings you have in the exception andgraphic dictionaries.

Behaving Oddly on Win-8 Machine My little Win-8 diva is not even reading W.E. control panel correctly. If I go from a program to Verbosity with Ins.-V, Ioptions like "Attribute Changes", "Active," etc. are shown; however, pressing Tab even after the treeview is opened just gives out with: "Toggle scope, Yes; Toggle scope, NO." This is with several hits of the tab key. In other words, it's like the old radio joke: "Here aare the ball scores: 7 to 2, 5 to 3, and 4 to Nothing." Frame of reference is lost. Also In Firefox familiar pages aren't having their links read; yet W.E. dutifully reports visited links, and they seem to correspond to where I'd frequently go. Running the amateur version of Win-8 on what's claimed to be a 64-bit Celeron processor. Anyone ever seen this behavior before? -- till the next Heartbleed, Bugbear, Doomsday or Michaelangelo Virus!
