I followed Rod's advice and read the knowledge base article he recommended. It wasn't exactly what I needed, but it did refer to another article that described what to do if there was a problem with the Outlook Enhanced app. I read this, and it pointed me to what I needed. I now have message virtualization working again, and I've written down what to do if this problem should occur again. I'm happy. I can now sleep in peace. WOO HOO! Thanks for the help, Rod.
