This might be a good time to call GW, if you haven't already done so. I've used
WE 8.4 with Outlook 2010 for over a year now and just haven't had any problem
like that. I do have Outlook 2013 on one computer and continue to find it quite
buggy, but even at that, both Outlook 2010 and 2013 are manageable, with
Outlook 2010 working quite well.

Subject: Re: Cannot Use Window Eyes with Outlook 2010

I have trouble with we and outlook had to often turnoff we that stopped
speaking. Then turn it on again this happened almost every time I would use
autocomplete to address an email it was so frustrating I had work purchase me
an alternate screen reader I swore I would never use. It works so much better
in outlook I still use we with one program that the other screen reader does
not work with. I like the responsiveness and crispness of we but couldn't get
my work done.

Enjoy,
Heidi
