well, there's two solutions for sonar, j sonar scripts, and also window-eyes
will support sonar with a reg file and a simple edit to the wineyes.ini file.
And there is even a sonar app

I would love the ability for Window-Eyes to be accessible out of the box with
the CakeWalk sonar application. This would be good, as dancing dots is no
longer upgrading their scripts to work with x2, and they're not realseing
anymore versions of caketalking for 8.5

  Subject: Quick Window-Eyes Survey

  Hello Everyone,

We want to take a quick survey. If you could have a feature in Window-Eyes,
what would it be? While I cannot divulge full details of the next version,
please keep in mind that it will improve web support, so we are looking for
your opinion on what you would like to see in the future. Please note that we
cannot commit to implement every suggestion, but we certainly welcome your
feedback.

  Thanks!

  Jeremy
