Yes, just checked and everything is up to date and installed and the same thing is happening.

Are you sure the correct set files are in place for your version of Outlook? You can go to the WE control panel and hit alt f for the file menu and arrow down to factory settings and hit enter. And the next message opens up we gets stuck and will not read the body of the message. I have to shift tab into the header then tab back in to the body then I can read the message.
