Hi.

I didn't see any response, positive or negative concerning the bugs I've
discovered on my PC, so I'm sending them again. I'd appreciate someone
responding to me indicating the message went to the right place.

There are two bugs I'd like to report. The first one happened in
Window-Eyes 8.4, and it's still happening in the beta. When I'm in a
dialogue, some of the information isn't read. For example, if I go to the
about dialogue in the beta, the version of Window-Eyes isn't read. I can't
access it with the mouse either. Eventually something happens in
Window-Eyes that lets me read the information with the mouse, but I don't
know what it is. This is also true in Outlook 2013. If I open the goto
folder feature, Window-Eyes doesn't report the number of unread messages.
Eventually it sorts itself out, but, as I said, I don't know what happens to
change this behavior.

The other problem I'm having with the beta is more serious. I open Windows
Explorer with Windows-E. I then navigate to a folder where I want to move a
file. The file is an mp3 file, and I look at its tag information to let me
know where to move it. In Window-Eyes 8.4 I'd move to the bottom of the
window and go up from there to read the tag info, then I'd cut and paste the
file where I'd want it to go. In the beta of Window-Eyes, this information
isn't above the bottom of the screen. Here's where things get weird. If I
move the mouse to the bottom of the screen and hit the numpad down arrow,
there is more information that is read, and I can find the information I
want. The window is maximized, so I'm not sure why Window-Eyes is doing
this. The problem I'm having is when I try to move the file to another
folder. If I leave the mouse in this area where it is below the bottom of
the screen, and I try to move the file, Window-Eyes stops speaking, and I
have to press the restart Window-Eyes key combo to get it working again.
What's even odder is I sometimes am in a large folder, and Windows takes a
long time to load it. I move the mouse to the bottom of the screen, then
below this location to read the status line. Window-Eyes sometimes stops
speaking, however the progress indicator app still is giving me audio
feedback.

That's all I can think of to report. I'd appreciate it if someone could try
to duplicate what I've reported, and send a reply. I saw the message on the
list that I sent before, but I didn't get a single response to it. Even if
I get responses that nobody else is having the problem, I'd appreciate them.
I sent a note to the AI Squared support address, but I didn't get any
response. I know the staff working on Window-Eyes is busy, but even
something like my problem has been noted, and it will be looked at would be
nice. This isn't a complaint, I mainly want to make sure I'm sending my
messages to the right email address.

Thanks for reading.
