Hi: I got it too in 8.4 and so far have turned off the AutoCorrect and Style related stuff.
In the control panel I turned off the autocorrect checkbox and the style checkbox in the view menu someplace - I didn't take note of where. I also had to turn off the Style CheckBox in the folder for Word I think it was in the control panel as well. First I opened a message in Outlook. Then I think I hit ctrl-v and was taken into the WE Control Panel. I mucked around and found those checkboxes and unchecked them if I remember. Then I arrowed down, found the word or office folder, forget, and unchecked them there too if they were both there - again I forget. But there were other checkboxes for tables and columns somewhere in all that and I havent turned them off yet. I forget what I unchecked to turn off the hyperlink enter and exit notification if I even did - I forget. I have been way too tied up to do much other than the really, really shotgun approach I tried, it worked so I just closed it up and forgot abut it. But you can indeed eliminate all that noise in Outlook messages if you play around with the areas in the Control Panel I mentioned.
