Bill: You are right.

If I tipped anything I will have to cross that bridge when I come to it.

For now one problem is taken care of and everything else seems fine so far.

Bad, risky move on my part but sometimes its better to be lucky than good.

It seems to me that such an approach is very risky. How do you know what
you might have lost by turning off so many things, and how can you duplicate
those changes if necessary? As I mentioned before, why not just get the
Outlook Enhanced app working correctly, so you know what's been done and
why?

Hi: I got it too in 8.4 and so far have turned off the AutoCorrect and Style
related stuff.

In the control panel I turned off the autocorrect checkbox and the style
checkbox in the view menu someplace - I didn't take note of where.

I also had to turn off the Style CheckBox in the folder for Word I think it
was in the control panel as well.

First I opened a message in Outlook.

Then I think I hit ctrl-v and was taken into the WE Control Panel.

I mucked around and found those checkboxes and unchecked them if I remember.

Then I arrowed down, found the word or office folder, forget, and unchecked
them there too if they were both there - again I forget.

But there were other checkboxes for tables and columns somewhere in all that
and I havent turned them off yet.

I forget what I unchecked to turn off the hyperlink enter and exit
notification if I even did - I forget.

I have been way too tied up to do much other than the really, really shotgun
approach I tried, it worked so I just closed it up and forgot abut it.

But you can indeed eliminate all that noise in Outlook messages if you play
around with the areas in the Control Panel I mentioned.

Sorry I didn't take any notice of what I was doing but I just flat out am
sprinting to try and get something unrelated to WE done recently.Rick USA

Subject: annoying behavior in e-mails

With this new beta, for some rason, I'm getting lot smore unwanted info in
some of my e-mails: "entering table 1.1.1. leaving table1.1.1"
