I know that I asked this question a few days ago, but I don't find any replies. Could someone please tell me how I can get rid of the protected mode or whatever it is in Microsoft Word? I am using Windows 7, Office 2010 and Window Eyes 8.4. I can't open documents in MS Word. Whenever I open a document I am unable to read it because I am in some sort of protected thing. My husband turned off everything that talked about protecting, but I still can't read documents. I think it may be a WE problem. Please help. Thanks.
