Well, I guess they redesigned it, but, in 2010, this command chooses to send and freceive messages from all groups, which is number one on the pull-down. In fact, I've notice many situations in the main Outlook 2010 interface where speech dies requiring Control-Alt-W to restore it. Please pass this along to the developers.
